Chinese President Xi Jinping has warned Hong Kong that Beijing will not tolerate any attempt to challenge its authority. At a ceremony Saturday to swear in the city’s new Beijing approved leader and mark the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to China from Britain, he also stressed the need for more patriotic national education in the city’s schools.
